- To Set & achieve the Sales Targets of team.Lead a team of sales executives
- Explain/convince Prop-safe Product . Work closely with Marketing and Channel team for development.
- Educate the prospect about the management service and its benefits.
- Answer queries related to the services. Assist client in signing up.
- Regular client meetings and client acquisition and creating database for future.
- Responsible to drive the Sales- Business Development & ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Execute sales plan by initiating client meetings, responding to client calls, conducting scoping discussions, etc.
- Strong sense of Consumer Experience and developing the same experience in-house.
- Must have Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- Ability and desire to sell.
