Job Description

  • Acts as initial point of contact for user support calls to the IT Service Desk such that all calls are logged correctly and promptly allocated appropriately within the IT team.
  • Provides an ad-hoc service to users of all computer systems, troubleshooting and resolving systems problems.
  • Provides first-line technical support when handling calls.
  • Carries out a prescribed program of system performance monitoring, measurement, management, and capacity planning for computer systems.

Job Requirement

  • Should have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Good understanding of Supporting Windows, Office, VPN, Antivirus and other technologies.
  • Good understanding of Networking.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certified preferred.
  • Certification on Windows 7/8/10 preferred.
  • Experience on MAC OS preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
