- Acts as initial point of contact for user support calls to the IT Service Desk such that all calls are logged correctly and promptly allocated appropriately within the IT team.
- Provides an ad-hoc service to users of all computer systems, troubleshooting and resolving systems problems.
- Provides first-line technical support when handling calls.
- Carries out a prescribed program of system performance monitoring, measurement, management, and capacity planning for computer systems.
- Should have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of Supporting Windows, Office, VPN, Antivirus and other technologies.
- Good understanding of Networking.
- ITIL V3 Foundation certified preferred.
- Certification on Windows 7/8/10 preferred.
- Experience on MAC OS preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
