Job Description

  • Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like internet, DTH or desktop.
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
  • Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.
  • Good command over english both written and verbal.
