- To respond to leads generated via marketing through calls and Email.
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, Admin, Engineering, Legal on customer queries.
- To identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers.
- To be involved in negotiating and closing deals with customers.
- Candidate must have minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are most important for the role.
- Good presentation & negotiation skills.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of market and competitors.
