Job Description

  • Greeting the Guest.
  • Handle Guest Check in and Check Out.
  • Handle Guest Queries and Complaints and ensure Guest Satisfaction.
  • Experience in handling IDS Software.
  • Co ordinate with all other departments to ensure facilities are provided as per Guest requirement.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Candidate should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
