  1. Establish sales objectives and goal by creating a sales plan (short term and long term) 
  2. Identifies new customers in various industry & entering new markets, managing the sales for the region in all activities of maintenance/acquisition & development
  3. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance. 
  4. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins. 
  5. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports.
  6. Implementing various promotional activities in order to increase sale.
  7. Handling the channel partners, Revenue Management, Relationship Management and Bringing New Business
  8. Adheres to all Companys policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. 
  9. Insures that all sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closings. 
  10. Maintains contact with all customers in the domestic market to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  11. Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all Company employees. 
  12. Designs and recommends l sales and marketing programs. 
  13. Sets short- and long-term domestic sales strategies. 
  14. Must be aware of domestic variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales. 
  15. Should be familiar with state wise business concepts, practices, and procedures.
  16. Must work to develop and maintain national business contacts. 
  17. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 
  18. Support global agents with technical, project and marketing information 
  19. Develop key relationships with customers.
  20. Build a solid direct and dealer domestic sales pipeline and develop opportunities. 
  21. Achieve pre-defined sales targets 
  22. Works with Legal to develop sales contracts, distribution agreement in Indian markets
  23. Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis 
  24. Lead and Coordinate all logistic, distribution and delivery with Supply Chain group. 
  25. Manages and directs a sales force to achieve global sales and profit goals
  26. Must be able to drive daily sales review, reporting.
  27. Since the job involves sales of engineering earthmoving machinery parts. Candidates have to undergo an intense training period to get familiar with earthmoving machinery parts physically and by manufacturing process.
  28. This job will involve company paid marketing training trips all over the country accompanied by senior marketing executive.
  29. Since we export to 40 international destinations and exhibit internationally deserving candidates may be asked to travel abroad.
