- Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates from US market on various IT skills set as per the clients job specifications.
- Interview prospective candidates over the phone to understand their reliability, personality & suitability
- Help Account Managers arrange interviews and extend offers of employment
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from sourcing to closure.
- Regularly update the database with new resumes and stay abreast of innovative recruiting techniques.
- Candidates should have atleast 1 Year of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge in Complete Cycle of US Recruiting Process.
- Should be well versed and creative in identifying the right candidates using different sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must have good knowledge on US Tax terms like W2, 1099, Corp to Corp and different work status.
