Job Description

As a sales team member, your role would comprise of generating, prospecting, closing and servicing real estate clients to achieve targeted sales numbers and to ensure sales administration of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

GENERATING CLIENTS:

  • Booked customer references
  • Direct sales activities
  • Expo participation
  • orporate tie ups
  • MANAGE SALES DOCUMENTATION, CUSTOMER DATA AND SELF MIS

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualification - Any Graduate preferably with MBA.
  • Work Experience - 3-5 years of experience in handling high value / relationship based sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, phone and verbal skills
  • Experience in an inbound/outbound environment preferred
