Position & Roles:
Service Desk Analyst (Voice Process): PUC & above with minimum 1-4 years' experience. Good Knowledge on Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications is desirable. 
 
Customer Support Engineer (Voice Process): Engineering Graduates (BE / B. Tech any branch with 0-1 year). Good Knowledge on Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications. 
 
Customer Care Representative (Non-Tech Voice Process): PUC & above with minimum 0-4 years' experience. Multitasking and coordination skills. Team Player. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
 
 
 
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7).
 
Work Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad.
 
Walk-in Time: 10 am to 3 pm every day
