The main duties Technical Support are as follows:
- Support hardware/software issues on Desktops and Laptops by email/ Phone/ Remote desktop for US/ UK clients
- Identify and contribute to projects to improve product support, customer satisfaction and team efficiency
- Good analytical and logical troubleshooting skills
- Elevate / Escalate calls/customer issues in a timely manner
- Work under limited supervision
- Candidate must be willing to provide 24/7 voice, voice support
- Should be an A+ with some server side experience
- Spoken English should be second to none
