Job Description

  • Clarify customer requirements. probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
  • Support customers across telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to enterprise/ exchange server & cloud computing/ Desktop Troubleshooting.

Job Requirement

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are most important for the role.
  • Must have minimum 25 WPM Typing Speed.
  • BE with BPO experience only.

Job Location: Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune.
